What cellar staff can check
Check the condenser unit, wherever it's located, for dust and debris restricting airflow, and confirm any cellar door, hatch, or delivery drop doesn't have a gap letting warm air in. Take a manual thermometer reading at cask or keg level rather than relying solely on the wall thermostat display, since sensor position and calibration drift are both common issues.

Cask ale in particular is sensitive to temperature, and a cellar running even a few degrees above ideal can accelerate conditioning, shorten shelf life, and affect taste, which has a direct trading and reputation impact.
