An air conditioning maintenance contract is the simplest way to protect the money you've already spent on your equipment. Regular servicing keeps units running efficiently, extends their working life, supports manufacturer warranty cover and helps you meet F-Gas regulations — all while avoiding the cost and disruption of an unplanned failure in the middle of a working day.

We start with a free site survey. We list every indoor and outdoor unit, note the refrigerant type and charge size, then agree a visit schedule that matches how hard the equipment is worked. Offices and small retail sites are usually one or two visits per year; kitchens, server rooms and cold rooms typically want quarterly or six-monthly attention.

Each visit is carried out by an F-Gas certified engineer. We clean filters and coils, check pressures, inspect the electrics, clear condensate drains, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger job. You get a plain-English report after every visit — no jargon, no surprises.

Contract customers also get priority response if something does fail, preferential rates on any parts or additional labour, and access to our out-of-hours emergency line.
