Regular servicing keeps units running efficiently, extends their working life, supports manufacturer warranty cover and helps you meet F-Gas obligations, all while avoiding the cost and disruption of an unplanned failure in the middle of a working day.
We start with a free site survey. We list every indoor and outdoor unit, note the refrigerant type and charge size, then agree a visit schedule that matches how hard the equipment is worked. Offices and small retail sites are usually one or two visits per year; kitchens, comms rooms and cold rooms typically want quarterly or six-monthly attention.
Each visit is carried out by an F-Gas certified engineer. We clean filters and coils, check pressures, inspect the electrics, clear condensate drains, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger job. You get a plain English report after every visit.
Contract customers also get priority response if something does fail, preferential rates on any parts or additional labour, and access to our out of hours line. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

How much does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends on the number of units, their location, refrigerant charge and how often we visit. Most small office contracts are a few hundred pounds a year; multi-site retail or hospitality contracts are priced per site after a free survey.
Is regular air conditioning servicing a legal requirement?
Systems containing fluorinated refrigerants must be leak checked at intervals set by the F-Gas rules, based on the CO2-equivalent charge. We handle the checks and record keeping as part of the contract. For the definitive legal position, refer to the official Government F-Gas guidance.
Do contracts include parts and repairs?
The annual fee covers the planned visits, labour and standard consumables. Parts and any additional repair labour are quoted separately at preferential contract rates.
Can one contract cover several sites?
Yes. Multi-site contracts are common for retail chains, hospitality groups and property managers. We build one schedule that covers every location with one point of contact.
What happens if we have a breakdown between visits?
Contract customers get priority response. We aim to be on site the same or next working day for most faults, and offer out of hours cover for critical equipment such as comms room cooling or cold rooms.
