Planned maintenance that prevents costly breakdowns.
A maintenance contract is the most cost-effective way to look after your air conditioning or commercial refrigeration. We'll visit your site, list every asset, and agree a schedule that suits your equipment and usage — typically once or twice per year for AC, and quarterly or six-monthly for high-use refrigeration.
Each visit includes a full check-over: cleaning filters and coils, checking refrigerant pressures, inspecting electrical components, clearing condensate drains, and reporting on anything that needs attention. Small problems get spotted before they become large invoices.
Contract clients also benefit from priority response if a breakdown does occur, plus favourable rates on parts and labour.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends entirely on the kit list and visit frequency. We'll provide a clear annual quote after a free site survey.
Is regular servicing a legal requirement?
F-Gas regulations require regular leak checks on systems with certain refrigerant charge sizes. We handle all the record-keeping for you.
Do contracts include parts?
Standard contracts include the labour and consumables for the planned visits. Parts for repairs are quoted separately at preferential rates.
Can a contract cover multiple sites?
Yes — multi-site contracts are common for retail, hospitality and office clients.
