Chill room vs freezer room cost differences
Freezer rooms generally cost more than chill rooms of the same size, because they need thicker insulation panels, a more capable refrigeration pack, and often an insulated floor to stop ground moisture freezing and heaving over time. Door heaters are also common on freezer doors to stop icing.
